Hi, I’m Aymen Ouerghui. I was part of AIESEC for 4.5 years, starting as a Team Member in Incoming Global Volunteer, then moving on to become a Team Leader in the same function. After that, I came to Hamburg as an EP in Incoming Global Talent, where I experienced the impact of exchange firsthand. Inspired by this, I applied for and became Vice President of Incoming Global Talent in Hamburg, where I successfully approved around 20 EPs. Wanting to contribute even more, I later applied for and served as the Local Committee President of AIESEC in Hamburg.
