Hi, my name is Thi! I joined AIESEC in 2022 as a Team Member in Finance & Legal at AIESEC in Hamburg. Motivated to take on more responsibility, I later became Vice President Finance & Legal for the Local Committee, where I led budgeting processes, ensured financial transparency, and supported legal compliance within the entity. After my term, I continued my journey as a Finance & Legal Consultant for AIESEC in Germany, advising local leaders across the country, conducting internal audits, and supporting governance improvements. I also serve as the national Rechnungslegungsprüfer (Internal Auditors) of AIESEC in Germany, working to ensure financial accountability and compliance across the entire finance network and our Member Committee.
