Wir freuen uns, dass Sie an dem zweiten Youth Career Day von AIESEC am 03. November 2021 teilnehmen.
Um Ihren Messestand sowie das Rahmenprogramm gestalten zu können, benötigen wir einige Informationen von Ihnen. Daher möchten wir Sie bitten, dieses Formular bis zum Ende auszufüllen.
In diesem Formular können Sie Informationen über die Unternehmenvertreter bereitstellen, uns Dateien für Ihren Stand zukommen lassen, die den Besuchern Ihres Standes beim Youth Career Day zur Verfügung gestellt werden und Ihr Standdesign auswählen.
Anbei bitten wir Sie uns Details zu Ihren Kolleg:innen für den Stand mitzuteilen. Alle hier genannten Personen erhalten einen Zugang zur Plattform und können sich damit am Youth Career Day einwählen und den Messestand betreuen. Sollten Sie sich abwechseln wollen und in Schichten arbeiten, ist dies ebenfalls möglich. Neben den Zugängen werden aus den Informationen auch Visitenkarten erstellt, die Sie während der Messe virtuell mit den Besuchern austauschen können.
Sie können aus 10 verschiedenen Vorlagen einen Messestand auswählen. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, den Stand gestalterisch anzupassen. Ihr Ansprechpartner wird Ihnen bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen und kann die Elemente für Sie in die Plattform einspielen lassen.
Die hier hochgeladenen Dateien werden von uns an Ihrem Messestand hinterlegt und können von den Besuchern abgerufen werden. Zusätzlich gibt es auch eine Jobwall mit offenen Stellenausschreibungen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Plattform 30 Tage nach der Veranstaltung für Besucher offen ist und die Dateien in diesem Zeitraum aufgerufen werden können.
Tipp: Hinterlassen Sie Ihre Kontaktdaten, damit diese Besucher mit Ihnen in Kontakt treten können.

- Übersicht der Einstiegsmöglichkeiten
- Mitarbeiterberichte über Sie als Arbeitgeber
Das Ausfüllen des Formulars dauert ca. 10 Minuten und Ihre Eintragungen können nicht zwischengespeichert werden. Vielen Dank!

We are pleased that you will participate in the second Youth Career Day of AIESEC on 03 November 2021. In order to be able to design your booth as well as the framework program, we need some information from you. Therefore we would like to ask you to fill out this form until the end.
In this form you can provide information about the booth company representatives, send us files for your booth that will be made available to visitors of your booth at the Youth Career Day and choose your booth design.
Below we ask you to give us details about your colleagues for the booth.All of the people named here have access to the platform and can use it to dial in to the Youth Career Day and represent you at the booth. If you want to take turns and work in shifts, this is also possible.In addition to the accesses, business cards are also created from the information, which you can virtually exchange with visitors during the career fair. You can see an example of this below.
You can choose a booth from 10 different templates. You are responsible for adapting the booth in terms of design. Your contact person will be available if you have any questions and can have the elements imported into the platform for you.
The files uploaded here will be uploaded by us at your booth and can be accessed by visitors. Additionally there will be a Jobwall with job opportunities.
Please note that the platform is open to visitors 30 days after the event and that the files can be accessed during this period.
Tip: Leave your contact details so that these visitors can get in touch with you.
