After having finished his studies in industrial engineering & management, Phillip started his career at ING as a trainee in the International Talent Programme (ITP). He did rotations as a process consultant, as well as in the are of strategy & business development.
Right now he is working as a business manager in the operations area of the bank, contributing that customers get the service they expect and background processes are handled clear and easy.
Before joining ING, Phillip himself was part of AIESEC, in the end being part of the national managerial board of AIESEC in Germany.
